Our company holds a Certificate of Professional Knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance Broker. This certification allows mediation in insurance-based investment products.
We are registered with the Athens Chamber of Commerce with a Special Registry Number E.A. / 227 and number GEMI 69216703000. To confirm the registration, you can refer to the website: insuranceregistry.uhc.gr or contact the relevant service of the Athens Chamber of Commerce.
Our company provides advice on the insurance products sold. - RELATIONSHIP WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES
We have no participation (direct or indirect) in the share capital of an insurance company that exceeds 10% of its voting rights or capital.
There is no participation (direct or indirect) of any insurance or parent insurance company in our business that exceeds 10% of our voting rights or capital. - CUSTOMER RIGHTS
A) Policyholder, insured, beneficiary and consumer associations have the possibility to submit a written complaint to the Department of Private Insurance Supervision of the Bank of Greece against an insurance intermediary for acts or omissions that constitute violations of the legislation on insurance mediation and of authorization of such actions, or are contrary to good morals or offend public order. Any such dispute may, with the consent of the parties involved, be referred by the Department of Private Insurance Supervision to the Independent Authority “Consumer’s Ombudsman”, without, in this way, limiting the possibility of the parties involved to proceed to an out-of-court resolution of the dispute before competent bodies, such as the Consumer’s Ombudsman or another Alternative Dispute Resolution body, legally registered in the Register of the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Supervision.

We will inform you: i ) that the activation of the complaint mechanism does not interrupt the statute of limitations for your legal claims and ii ) about the authorities to which you can turn for the out-of-court resolution of your complaint. - CUSTOMER UPDATE
A) Our advice on the insurance product we recommend to you is provided in accordance with the information we received from you, after an impartial analysis of insurance contracts and considering your requirements and needs.
B) We treat all confidential information we have about you in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation no. 2016/679)and as private and confidential. If third-party private data is required, you will inform the individuals to whom the data belongs about providing it to us as well as the reasons for its use. - COOPERATION WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES
Our company does not maintain exclusive cooperation with insurance companies. If you wish, you can submit a request, and we will inform you about our cooperating companies. - NATURE OF FEE
The nature of the fee we receive in relation to the insurance contract is that of a commission, i.e. the fee is included in the premium and is calculated based on the overall portfolio performance criteria or the performance per business activity as determined by the sales regulation and any special agreements.
